All gowns are authentic designer and private label gowns. While we do our best to take good care for our sample gowns, please note that normal wear & tear is expected. These are in-store samples that have been tried on in-store by brides, but have never been used, worn or altered in any way. Minor fixes and/or cleaning may be expected, however, any major damage will be explicitly stated in the item’s description. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please reach out to us directly.

Please note that bridal sizes run small. Your bridal size will usually be several sizes larger than your typical street size, depending on the designer. Please measure yourself and compare it to the designer’s size chart before placing an order. If you are in between sizes, always size up, as you can typically alter a wedding gown 1-2 sizes down in alterations without any structural changes to the gown. Just like any formalwear, alterations are typically necessary for the dress to fit like a glove.

We charge $15 for accessory shipping anywhere in the continental United States. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order leaves our warehouse, usually within 3-5 business days.
